My name is Jonathan Craig Graves, and I am a REALTOR® with eXp Realty serving Gaston County, the Charlotte Metro area, and surrounding communities. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a longtime family property, relocating, downsizing, or investing, my goal is to provide honest advice, clear communication, and a strategy tailored to your unique situation.

LOCAL ROOTS
I Don't Just Know the Area — I Know Its History
I was born in Seneca, South Carolina, but my family’s roots have always been in Belmont, North Carolina. My father worked for Duke Energy, and as a result our family moved several times throughout my childhood — Belmont, Stanley, Rock Hill, Marietta, Georgia, and back again — before I returned to Belmont in the seventh grade.
With the exception of three years attending Western Carolina University, Belmont remained home until 2016 when I moved to neighboring Cramerton, where I live today.
Because of that journey, I’ve watched Belmont transform from a quiet mill town into one of the most desirable communities in the Charlotte region. I’ve seen Cramerton’s revitalization, the growth of Mount Holly, the expansion of Gastonia, and the continued development throughout Gaston County. That local knowledge allows me to provide clients with insights that go far beyond what can be found in an MLS listing or online search.
